Current Trading Status

Updated 06/24/07

I still have tons of shows from old trades and downloads that I still haven't listened to yet so I'm limiting my trading. The only items I am interested in are on my wantlist. I don't sell so don't ask. However, I do trade for other items like regular CDs and DVDs. Please do not email me if you don't have anything on my wantlist to trade. If you do have something on my wantlist, copy & paste the list of only those shows with source/gen info onto an email or send me your tradelist URL (don't email me your entire list or send any attachments). Thank you.

If you want to trade CDRs/FLAC/SHN, I prefer to trade online through FTP, AIM or DC. If your shows are originally on FLAC or SHN, I prefer to trade for the FLAC/SHN versions.

At this point for video trades, I prefer to trade DVDs only unless you have a rare VHS video on my wantlist. I am currently converting my low gen VHS videos to DVD through Firewire > PC and with a Sony DVD recorder.

General Trade Rules

These rules are for avoiding any misunderstandings that might occur in a trade. Always be honest in trades.

** Please note: If we have never traded before and you make me an offer, you send first (unless you have a lot of trader references)

  1. Send USPS 1st class or priority mail.
  2. Send tapes and CDs in special bubble paper mailing envelopes.
  3. Please include any info/details about recordings traded and setlists, if available (send thru email or on paper). Some setlists from my shows are available through the given links.

DVD/CDR Trade Rules

  1. Taiyo Yuden (Fuji, Sony), Sony Japan or Verbatim CDRs and DVDs preferred. I am currently using Sony and Fuji TY myself. If you use another brand, let me know. Brand name CDRs and DVDs only.
  2. Use Disk-At-Once (DAO) burning method only for CDR burning
  3. No Mp3-sourced Shows! Only "clean" copies wanted (i.e. no pops & clicks or skips).
  4. Use Exact Audio Copy to extract the wavs from your cds. It's the best wav extraction program out there. I use Nero to burn CDRs and DVDs.
  5. Send discs in CD sleeves or envelopes. I don't send CD cases anymore.
  6. I don't send artwork in trades since I don't have artwork for most shows.
